Lancet issued a report last week, shows that Spain has the highest health Life expectancy in Europe. The healthcare system is excellent, 7th best in the world. The UK was ranked 18th. The report only concentrates on the health of people who arrive at health centres. The Mediterranean diet in the Valencia region, which consists of salads, fruits, fish and lots of olive oil, may be responsible for the good report.

British Citizens are still the best Buyers on the Costa Valenciana...........

According to reports from Sabadell-Cam Bank, Spain - BRITISH citizens, aged between 40 and 55 are still the best buyers for Costa Valenciana properties. This is the profile of foreign non-resident buyers of property according to a report released. There is an increase of over 60 % in 2012 having accumulated sales of 1.100 properties by October. Such transactions represent 12 % of the total sales in the area of Valencia and British leadership is solid. Despite the economic crisis, foreign investor's interest has allowed to sell almost the entire stock.
